Tracking and Assessment
Tracking and assessing where you are and where you want to be can be a challenge but with the use of the fitness calculators below along with some other action steps, it makes the tracking and assessment process simpler.
To start, it is important to know where you are. Take about 30 minutes to the side to answer the following questions below. Consider completing this as many times as needed. I suggest doing a check in with yourself every 3 months. Answer the following questions below:
- What are my current fitness goals?
- How do I want to feel?
- Do you prefer to work out at the gym or at-home?
- What kind of music do you like to listen to when you workout?
- What’s the highest weight you ever lifted?
- Does your job put any stress on your body?
- When was the last time you bought yourself new workout clothes?
- What motivates you?
- Are you happy?
- Are you willing to make a change in your eating habits to reach your goals?
Eventually, you can use calculators like the Macro and Protein calculator to calculate where you want to be when it comes to nutrition.
